Old Scratch Pizza to open Columbus, Ohio location

Old Scratch Pizza is expanding to the Columbus, Ohio, area. It will be the company's fifth restaurants and first outside the Dayton market, according to a press release.

"Columbus has incredible food culture, and we're excited to bring something distinct to the west side: Midwesternly Neapolitan pizza," Eric Soller, owner of Old Scratch Pizza. "Born in Naples, raised in the Midwest. Our approach blends authentic Neapolitan technique and premium ingredients with down‑to‑earth hospitality. Expect open kitchens with multiple Neapolitan ovens on full display, a lively beer‑hall vibe and the kind of service that makes you a regular."

The restaurant will open in Hilliard, Ohio in a mixed-use destination along I-270 developed by Equity with construction by ECS, Equity's commercial construction arm.
