On the Move: Pizza travels to Texas and California this week

Blaze and Pieology continue to expand in the west.

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza will open its first Texas location in Frisco, the company said. The fast-casual concept will open this May in The Centre at Preston Ridge, 8400 Gaylord Parkway.

The Frisco restaurant will offer a selection of wine and local craft beer on tap.

Pieology Pizzeria has announced its new Santa Rosa, California location will officially open on Friday, Feb. 6. Pieology Santa Rosa is located at 2280 Mendocino Avenue at Mendocino Marketplace. Pieology has ten units open or in development in Northern California.
