Oven company seeking students for pizza mastery program

Attention all pizzaioli, a Scotland-based outdoor pizza oven company wants you.

More specifically, Ooni, based in Edinburgh, is seeking true pizza experts from across the globe to join its team of pizza instructors to ultimately become stars of the Ooni's Pizza Mastery Program. The program is still in the creation stage but will soon be an online resource available to help what Ooni calls its community — a.k.a. customers — learn the intricacies and eccentricities of everything from dough basics to advanced pizza-making techniques, according to a news release.

To be eligible, applicants must:
• Have extensive pizza-making experience (experience in commercial pizza kitchens, culinary programs related to pizza, food science expertise, food media, etc.).
• Be comfortable demonstrating and presenting on camera, including being enthusiastic, clear and entertaining in their delivery style.
• Practice Ooni's company values of passion, rigor, innovation, ambition and kindness.
