Papa Bello adds two independent board members

Papa Bello Enterprises has added Edd Ozard and David Pieffer to the company's board of directors, the company has announced. Ozard is currently president and CEO of Pacwest Solutions, a human resource outsourcing and benefits provider based in Pleasanton, Calif. Pieffer is currently a department head with Crum & Forster, a property and casualty insurance provider located in Morristown, N.J.
"Adding these two distinguished board members will help us expand and diversify our board of directors and take advantage of the inherent entrepreneurial and professional skill sets that both new members provide," said James Price, interim CEO of Papa Bello Enterprises.
