Papa Bello rolls out new menu

LAS VEGAS -- Papa Bello Enterprises Inc. has rolled out a new menu company-wide after experiencing a strong increase in sales during a pilot program in various locations.
During the first quarter of 2009, the new menu was launched and tested in Papa Bello eateries located inside Wal-Marts in four states. The restaurants each experienced a minimum of 35 percent increases in total sales, Papa Bello officials said.
New items include fresh garden wraps, signature subs, gourmet salads, specialty pizzas and additional pasta entrees. In addition, Papa Bello now offers value meals and more size selections for their subs and pizzas.
"We must constantly focus on the trends and demands of our market," said Papa Bello CEO Chase Canfield. "The immediate acceptance of the new menu indicates that we're succeeding in our continual efforts to adapt to the changing needs and desires of our customers."
