LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Papa John's International netted $12 million from its Sept. 26 sale of 84 company-owned units in Colorado and Minnesota to PJCOMN Acquisition Corporation.
According to a regulatory filing, the deal included $1 million in prepaid royalties and $4.2 million in real estate associated with eight Papa John's units. (Read also Papa John's sells 84 company-owned pizza units in Colo. and Minn.)
