Papa John's franchisee bought out by private equity firm

Washington Post: The Halifax Group, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm, has led a management buyout of P.J. United, Papa John's largest franchisee. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
 
P.J. United operates 116 Papa John's pizza stores in six states.
