Papa John's, Pizza Hut are rumored buyers of PizzaExpress owner

Reuters: Gondola Holdings, owner of the PizzaExpress, ASK and Zizzi pizza chains, has been approached with a rumored $1.1 billion buyout offer. Gondola declined to name the potential suitor, though analysts believe Yum! Brands or Papa John's may be interested.
