Papa Johns teams with Loadmill to enhance customer experience through AI-powered testing

Papa Johns has partnered with Loadmill, a provider of AI-powered software testing solutions. This collaboration aims to significantly improve Papa Johns' software testing capabilities, ultimately leading to a smoother and more efficient customer experience, according to a press release.

Papa Johns will leverage Loadmill's advanced AI technology to move beyond automating repetitive tasks. The platform will empower their team to build a comprehensive testing framework encompassing their entire digital ecosystem, including online ordering platforms, store technologies, dispatch applications and related systems.

This comprehensive testing approach will help Papa Johns ensure a flawless customer experience, accelerate software development, and drive innovation. Ultimately, it will enable faster delivery of new features for their customers.
