Papa Murphy's continues Knoxville expansion

Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza opened four new stores in the Knoxville, Tennessee, area on Aug. 13, helping a senior nutrition program as part of the celebration.

Papa Murphy's Holdings Inc., the take-and-bake pizza franchise, opened four new Knoxville, Tennessee, stores Aug. 13. Papa Murphy's held grand opening events Aug. 13-16, according to a press release from the company.

As part of its grand-opening celebration, Papa Murphy's donated 20 percent of profits generated in all of the Knoxville stores to the Mobile Meals program, which is part of the Senior Nutrition Program at the Community Action Committee Office on Aging in Knoxville. It is the home-delivered meal program for senior citizens in Knoxville and Knox County.

With the addition of the four new stores, there are now 12 Papa Murphy's locations in the Knoxville area.
