Papa Murphy's IPO priced at $11 per share

Papa Murphy's Holdings has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,833,333 shares of common stock at $11.00 per share.

According to a news release, all of the shares in the offering are being offered by Papa Murphy's, which will be listed on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol FRSH starting today.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on May 7, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
