Parents of murdered delivery man sue Domino's Pizza for $15M

MassLive.com: The parents of a murdered pizza delivery man have filed a $15 million wrongful death suit against Domino's Pizza in what their lawyer says is an effort to change the policies of companies that send delivery workers into dangerous situations. On May 29, a Hampden Superior Court jury found Alex A. Morales guilty of first-degree murder in the 2007 death of Corey M. Lind.The Linds intend to focus on legislation to require employers to protect delivery personnel and mandate that employers provide delivery workers with devices to allow immediate contact with police if they encounter danger on the job.
