Parlour Pizza & Pints, a regional restaurant concept in the Louisville, Kentucky-area specializing in pizza and craft beer, has implemented a comprehensive menu optimization initiative designed to improve pricing transparency and enhance the guest experience across its locations.
The initiative follows a data-backed analysis of guest feedback, menu performance and operational flow, leading to a refined pricing structure and a curated menu lineup, according to a press release.
Among the changes, the brand introduced new shareable starters, including bruschetta, Caprese salad, warm pretzels served with house-made Smoked Blonde Beer cheese and the signature smoked wings. The update also features a new line of handcrafted Strombolis, baked in the restaurant's stone ovens.
Parlour's award-winning pizza program was strategically updated to align all specialty pies — such as "The Doctor" and "The Boss" — under a simplified, unified pricing tier. The restaurant also expanded its Happy Hour program with enhanced beverage offerings and "approachable pricing" on select food items.
Don Robinson, CEO of Parlour Pizza & Pints, emphasized the focus on guest experience.
"We wanted to make our menu as inviting as our restaurants," Robinson said in the release. "By streamlining our pricing, expanding our Happy Hour, and highlighting shareable favorites, we're making it easier for guests to explore the full range of what Parlour offers. We may take a modest hit on food costs, but the trade-off is a clearer, more consistent experience for our guests— and that's worth every penny. The end result is a more intuitive menu that lets the quality of our food, drink, and hospitality shine through."
Robinson said the refresh is part of Parlour's broader growth strategy.
"We're focused on delivering great value without diluting our craft," he said. "Whether a guest is ordering smoked wings and beer with friends or a specialty pizza with family, the quality, price point, and experience should always feel right."
The changes aim to balance operational efficiency with authentic guest connection as Parlour continues its evolution as a craft-forward, community-driven concept.
Parlour Pizza & Pints has seven locations across Kentucky and Indiana, with two more locations set to open in the first half of 2026.
