Parlour Pizza to open 5th pizzeria

Parlous Pizza will open its fifth location in a Louisville, Kentucky suburb, in a spot formerly occupied by another pizzeria. Parlour Pizza is expected to open in April after some renovations, according to a report in The Courier-Journal.

Ray Perkins, owner of Chubby Ray's Original Pizza Co. & Bistro, is retiring and sold his Jeffersontown-based business to Don Robinson, Parlour Pizza's owner.

"Parlour Pizza is extremely excited to be joining the J-town community," Robinson told the news outlet. "We are honored Ray chose us to continue the legacy here in J Town that he's built over the last 30 years. We are really excited to add our fifth location in the Kentuckiana market."
