Peter Piper Pizza cofounder dies at 83

The Arizona Republic: Tony Cavolo, the popular TV pitchman who co-founded Peter Piper Pizza, died July 8 in Scottsdale, Ariz. He was 83. Cavolo was a determined entrepreneur, who didn't know how to make pizza when he and his son-in-law started the business in the early 1970s.
