Peter Piper Pizza is giving away 99 birthday parties in Phoenix, Tucson and Albuquerque in an online sweepstakes to honor the month of August, the month with the most birthdays, and to celebrate the launch of the brand's $99 birthday package.

Beginning today, families can visit peterpiperpizza.com/bday-sweeps to enter for a chance to win a free $99.99 birthday party at their local Peter Piper Pizza, according to a press release. Winners will be announced in early September.

With the average American family spending over $300 on a child's birthday party, and 20% spending over $500, Peter Piper has launched the birthday package to provide an affordable and fun way to celebrate without breaking the bank.

"We believe creating memorable birthday experiences for children doesn't have to strain family budgets," Genaro Perez, Peter Piper Pizza CMO, said in the release. "Our birthday party giveaway highlights our new $99.99 birthday package, which has everything families need for an amazing celebration at a fraction of what they'd typically spend elsewhere."

The birthday package is valid for up to eight kids and includes:

• Two slices of one-topping pizza per child.
• Unlimited 12-ounce drink refills.
• 60 games per kid (each game valued at 1 point).
• Decorative birthday plates, napkins, table cover and balloon centerpiece.
• Two-hour table reservation.
• Digital invitations to send to friends.

Families are welcome to bring their own birthday cake at no additional charge.
