Peter Piper Pizza wants 10 stores in Dallas-Ft. Worth

July 25, 2006

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Peter Piper Pizza has selected the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, metroplex as a growth market for as many as 10 new restaurants to be opened in next five years.

According to a news release, the company wants to have four open by the end of 2008, and cities such as Frisco, McKinney, Arlington, Grapevine and Hurst are of particular interest.

"We've done recent consumer research that indicates Dallas is a market where we can be successful with additional restaurants," said Leslie Brown, senior director of development and administration. "We think local residents will be pleasantly surprised when they see the updated design of these new restaurants, and we hope to start rolling them out in this market at a fast pace."

Peter Piper Pizza has 135 restaurants in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas, and the Republic of Mexico.
