Picurro Pizzeria owner arrested again on more charges

Tuscon Citizen: Pizza franchise owner Peter Picurro has been arrested again, this time on seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Picurro, 44, was arrested at his home on Sept. 14 and booked into the Pima County Jail. He was arrested originally Aug. 21 on the same charge.

Franchisees say business has plummeted in the wake of the arrest, and they're suing to break their franchise contracts. (Read also Picurro Pizzeria franchisees want out of contracts and Who's Who: Pete Picurro.)
