Pie Five opens Jersey store No. 2

Pie Five Pizza Co. is opening its second New Jersey location, this one in East Brunswick on NJ-18 in Summerhill Square. The store opens today, followed by an official ribbon-cutting ceremony by the township's mayor on Wednesday, Feb. 21. 

Franchisee Dinesh Goswami will oversee operations at the new store, which joins nearly 100 other Pie Five restaurants nationwide. 

The Dallas-based brand is a subsidiary of Rave Restaurant Group Inc., which also is parent to the Pizza Inn brand.
