Pieology adds VP of operations to support growth

Pieology Pizzeria has named Stephanie Lambrecht as its new vice president of operations.

In this position, Lambrecht oversees systems management and restaurant operations to further advance brand growth.

According to a news release, Pieology currently has 37 restaurants in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas and Utah and plans to have more than 50 next month and 180 by the end of 2015.

"With her unparalleled level of experience and true mastery of corporate operations, we are confident that Stephanie will not only streamline day-to-day processes but also infuse our culture with the enthusiasm and know-how that she provides," Founder and CEO Carl Chang said in the release.

Lambrecht comes to Pieology from Veggie Grill, where she also served as VP of Operations. Prior, she held senior level positions at Taco Bell and Pizza Hut.
