Pieology launches fourth location in Portland, Oregon

Rancho Santa Margarita, California-based Pieology Pizzeria announced the opening of its Portland, Oregon Grant Park location set for Friday, January 23, 2015.

Rancho Santa Margarita, California-based Pieology Pizzeria announced the opening of its Portland, Oregon Grant Park location set for Friday, January 23, 2015. Pieology Grant Park is located in the new Grant Park Village development. Pieology also has Oregon locations in Tigard, Tualatin and Happy Valley, with plans to open a fifth next month.

"Pieology is a unique concept that allows our guests to express their culinary creativity in a fun and interactive environment," said Brian Bouma, franchisee, Il Boushe Pizza LLC, in a statement. "We're excited to further strengthen the visibility of the brand throughout the Portland area."

Pieology Grant Park seats approximately 60 guests in an industrial-chic environment where inspirational quotes decorate the walls, menus and employee uniforms.
