Pieology loads up on loyalty features

Pieology has enhanced its Pie Life consumer app to allow customers to find nearby locations, get directions, see hours, view menus and to more easily redeem their banked rewards, which include free appetizers, pizza, desserts and beverages with one point awarded for every dollar spent, according to a company press release.

The improved feature, which offers surprise deals, is also easier to navigate with an inbox icon on the navigation bar allowing users one-tap access to the latest news and promotions relative to their most shopped stores.

Customers may also use the app to skip the line by ordering and choosing how they want to pay and receive their food.

Pieology was founded in 2011 and has 130 stores.
