Pieology looks to Portland for expansion

California-based Pieology Pizzeria is planning to open five Portland, Ore., locations by 2015. According to Oregon Live, the brand currently has one Oregon location, in Happy Valley, owned and operated by Mike Sheehan and Briand and Renee Bouma. The trio founded Il Boushe Pizza LLC.

Pieology currently has 23 restaurants across California, Colorado, Texas and Oregon.
