Florida-based Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza has opened its 15th location, a modern prototype designed to support long-term growth, operational efficiency and evolving guest preferences.
The prototype is located in Southern Trace, Florida and with just 3,000 square feet is the smallest footprint to date, according to a press release.
The new format is a strategic milestone in the brand's evolution, paving the way for future growth through both new builds and remodels of existing locations.
"This new prototype reflects where Piesanos is going," Jerry Roberts, owner/partner at Piesanos, said in the release. "It's thoughtfully designed for efficiency, elevated guest experience, and off-premise convenience — without compromising the handmade quality we're known for."
The Southern Trace location introduces a redesigned layout and refreshed aesthetic that blends modern elegance with authentic Italian warmth. Key design elements include:
With the launch of its prototype, the company is positioning itself for continued company-owned expansion, leveraging the flexible footprint and operational enhancements to enter new markets and optimize performance in existing ones.
"We're scaling smart," said Roberts. "This model allows us to bring Piesanos to more communities, while maintaining the quality and experience our guests expect."
Piesanos was founded in 2009 by a group of experienced restaurant operators and has grown across Florida.
