Pizza champ seeks oven variance

San Francisco Chronicle: Tony Gemignani, who was crowned the world champion Neapolitan pizza maker in a competition in Naples, Italy, earlier this year, can't make his championship thin-crust margherita pie at Pyzano's, the pizzeria he operates with his brother. The California county of Alameda, where the restaurant is located, restricts wood-burning ovens to cut pollution.
