Pizza chosen for Oscars to expand in the Middle East

Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria, a Los Angeles-based pizzeria chosen to serve guests for the 2014 Oscar telecast, signed a deal with BinHendi Enterprises, Dubai, to develop the brand throughout the Middle East.

Big Mama's & Papa's Pizzeria, a Los Angeles-based pizzeria chosen to serve guests for the 2014 Oscar telecast, signed a deal with BinHendi Enterprises, Dubai, to develop the brand throughout the Middle East. BMPP selections feature the Giant Sicilian, at over 20 square feet (1.9 square meters) and its signature Big Mama and Big Papa pizzas. 

Ray Perry, CEO of Big Mamas & Papas Franchising LLC, said in a company news release, "The first restaurant in the Mideast will open in Dubai." 

BMPP owners the Agakhanyan brothers partnered with Perry's PFD Franchise Services LLC to form the franchise company.
