Pizza Delight to acquire Scores BBQ-ribs eateries

Canadian Press: Pizza Delight Corp Ltd. has inked a deal to buy Scores Rotisserie BBQ and Ribs Inc., a Quebec-based restaurant chain, for about $32 million in cash.

Scores operates 21 family restaurants and three express locations. Revenue was $31.3 million in the year ended March 31, with pre-tax income of $3.7 million.
