Pizza Express to return to public market

Scotsman.com: Two years after a private takeover of 300-unit Pizza Express, owners of the London-based chain want to take it public by January.

TDR Capital and Capricorn Ventures bought Pizza Express for £278 million (U.S. $511 million) in 2003. It is expected to fetch up to £900 million (U.S. $1.65 billion) when offered next year.
