Longtime Pizza Factory employee and franchisee, Allison Williams, has become a multi-unit operator with the opening of the chain's San Andreas, California store, a news release said. Williams, whose first job with the brand started when she was 15, also owns a store in Twain Harte, California with business partner, Cameron Bacchus.

"I love everything about Pizza Factory and expanding my portfolio with the brand was an easy decision," Williams said in the press release. "With innovation constantly on our minds at Pizza Factory, I saw an opportunity to take over an existing location that has already established itself within its community. San Andreas is an amazing town that has always supported Pizza Factory and I'm excited to be a part of the business."

Williams works at the corporate headquarters for the brand in Oakhurst, California, where she helps support openings, communication with franchisees and is a part of the team that oversees the Rewards app.

"I've worked with Allison since she was a teenager and immediately recognized her drive for success and dedication for the brand," Pizza Factory CEO Mary Jane Riva said in the release. "Allison has proven herself as not only a trusted employee but also an awesome franchise operator.
"After she seamlessly established the Twain Harte restaurant as a community staple, I knew she was the right person to oversee the transition with the San Andreas location. With a customer-base already established and under Allison's guidance, I'm confident the success of the restaurant will continue."

Pizza Factory has more than 100 locations nationally.
