Franchise brand Pizza Factory has selected PAR Technology Corporation for its unified suite of solutions to modernize the restaurant chain's technology stack across its 110 locations, according to a press release.
Pizza Factory, which operates 108 franchised locations and two corporate stores, will implement a platform that includes PAR POS, PAR Ordering, PAR Hardware, a renewal of PAR Punchh and various operational modules for labor, inventory and intelligence. The consolidation under a single cloud-based provider is designed to integrate front- and back-of-house operations while providing real-time visibility across ordering, kitchen execution and guest engagement.
Company leadership noted that the integration helps streamline processes by connecting data across multiple restaurant channels and reducing manual effort for staff.

For Pizza Factory, which has been franchising for more than 40 years, the technology overhaul aims to improve labor and inventory planning through real-time data, increase order accuracy, and offer more personalized guest loyalty engagement.
