LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Pizza Hut parent Yum! Brands reported comparable-store sales for period 12 (most of November) at the chain were up 3 percent over the same period last year.
The chain only reports comp-sales at its nearly 1,800 corporate units. It does not report franchise unit comps.
The solid gain was modest compared to recent months' comps posted by the world's largest pizza company. Up to the most recent period, Pizza Hut had averaged a comp increase of 5 percent.
