Pizza Hut franchisee Down Under no longer a takeover target

Bloomberg.com: CVC Asia Pacific is no longer bidding to take over Restaurant Brands, franchisee of Pizza Hut in New Zealand and Australia. The investment group withdrew its offer for the multiconcept franchisor because it couldn't agree to terms with Yum! Brands, the Louisville, Ky.-based franchisor of Pizza Hut.
