Pizza Hut franchisee seeks bankruptcy protection

Louisville Courier Journal: Independence, Ohio-based Midland Food Services, which operates Pizza Hut restaurants in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection for a second time. The company cited minimum wage increases, rising commodities costs and unfavorable lease terms as some of the factors in its negative operating results.
