The Wichita Eagle: In his book, "Pie in the Sky: Adventures of a Pizza Hut Entrepreneur," Dick Hassur talks about his rise and fall as Pizza Hut'sfirst franchisee. Hassur started with nothing, built a portfolio of stores worth about $7 million, then lost it all.
