Pizza Hut franchisee to settle suit over missed breaks

Bakersfield Californian: The owner of five Pizza Hut restaurants in Bakersfield, Calif., has tentatively agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over missed meal and rest breaks. The suit accused California Pizza LLC of understaffing restaurants so employees had to cut short or skip breaks.
