Pizza Hut opens large call center in Tennessee

The Bartlett Express: Pizza Hut has opened a call center in Bartlett, Tenn., serving 129 restaurants in four states. Aptly named the Customer Mania Center, the location has 202 computer and phone stations for employees to take orders, handle complaints and receive any in-bound calls to its restaurants in the area. The center also services calls from Spanish-speaking customers.
