Pizza Hut, expecting to serve 2 million pizzas for Super Bowl, recruited head football coach Rex Ryan of the Buffalo Bills and quarterback Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys for a new campaign challenging fans to embrace the company’s new Flavor of Now menu.
In a new pre-game commercial, Ryan throws red Pizza Hut flags at fans, challenging them to take another look at their crust, the company said in an announcement. Ryan tosses one at Romo, who replies "Not again!" See the full spot here.
Pizza Hut is offering flavor options on the menu such as Honey Sriracha and Salted Pretzel. The Flavor of Now Menu launched in November along with the more recent debut of Gluten-Free Pizzas and Triple Cheese Covered Stuffed Crust.
