LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Yum! Brands, parent of Dallas-based Pizza Hut, reported comparable-store sales at the 1,800 corporate units dropped 9 percent for the four weeks ended June 17. In the same period last year, comps were flat.
Comps for the first two quarters of 2006 were down 7 percent versus up 2 percent in 2005.
The chain does not report comps at its franchised units.
