Pizza Hut seeks dismissal of door case

Madison County Record: Pizza Hut has asked a judge to dismiss attorney Amanda Verett's claim that she suffered an injury while walking out the door at a Pizza Hut in Troy, Ill. Verrett sued Pizza Hut last year, claiming she was injured when a Troy police officer held the door open for her at the restaurant. Read more
