Pizza Inn adds to management team

THE COLONY, Texas -- Pizza Inn Inc. has appointed Scott Richter as senior director of marketing and Samuel "Bud" Boswell as executive chef and director of research and development, the company announced. Richter most recently served as senior media director with Dallas-based advertising firm Razor Driven LLC, whose clients included Domino's, Wendy's, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robbins.
Boswell most recently served as corporate executive chef and director of purchasing for Spaghetti Warehouse. He formerly held positions as executive chef for Boston's Pizza and Mesa SW restaurants. He is a graduate of the Baltimore International College with a degree in Professional Cooking.
