Pizza Inn gets new interim CFO

THE COLONY, Texas — Clinton J. Coleman was appointed interim chief financial officer at Pizza Inn while the chain searches for someone to fill the post permanently.
According to a regulatory filing, Coleman is vice president of Newcastle Capital Management, the general partner of Dallas-based Newcastle Partners, which owns approximately 39 percent of Pizza Inn's common stock.
Kevin A. Kleiner, Pizza Inn's controller, who had handled the CFO duties on an interim basis since the December resignation of then-CFO Sean Preator, has resigned from the company.
