Pizza Inn names operations director

THE COLONY, Texas — Pizza Inn Inc. has named Bo Czyz as its new director of operations.
Prior to his position with Pizza Inn, Czyz worked at Dallas-based Pizza Hut Inc., serving in a variety of positions, including region director. Czyz also served as Area Director for Applebee's International Inc., in its Overland Park, Kan., office.
As Pizza Inn's Director of Operations, Czyz will lead the chain's franchise operations division as well as direct all aspects of the company's corporate operations segment.
Pizza Inn operates franchises 361 franchised and three company-owned restaurants with annual chain-wide sales of approximately $150 million.
