Pizza Inn to sell HQ and distribution facilities

THE COLONY, Texas — Pizza Inn reported it intends to sell its headquarters and distribution facilities to Vintage Interests L.P. for $11.5 million. According to a regulatory filing, under the terms of the agreement, the sale is expected to close on Dec. 19.
