Pizza maker caters parties with rolling wood-fired oven

New York Times: Douglas Coffin caters custom pizza parties by hauling his wood-fired oven aboard a truck to the site of clients' parties. The truck contains not only a Mugnaini oven, but a cappuccino machine, ice cream machine, running water and electric power.
