Pizza Pizza IPO worth $138 million

Reuters: Pizza Pizza, a Toronto-based 500-unit chain, has filed the final prospectus to offer 16.83 million units of its royalty income fund with Canadian regulators at CAN $10 per unit (a total U.S. worth of $138 million).

The proceeds will be used by the fund to acquire the trademarks, trade names and other intellectual property, and associated rights from Pizza Pizza Ltd., in order to fuel expansion.
