Pizza Pizza opens first restaurant in British Columbia

TORONTO -- Canadian pizza chain Pizza Pizza has opened its first traditional restaurant in British Columbia, the company has announced. The opening is part of an expansion plan for Pizza Pizza in British Columbia that has already seen the addition of seven non-traditional locations in venues including sports arenas, theaters and amusement parks. The restaurant is a joint venture between Pizza Pizza and entrepreneurs Harbinder Bains and Gurvinder Atwal.
Pizza Pizza will be focusing growth efforts in British Columbia primarily within the Surrey/Delta area.
