Pizza Pizza partners take ownership dispute to court

The Globe and Mail: Lorn Austin and Michael Overs built Pizza Pizza Ltd. into one of the largest pizza chains in Canada with 501 restaurants. Now the two are in a legal tussle over who gets a big slice of the corporate pie following Pizza Pizza's public offering last year.
