PizzaExpress appoints Heath COO

The Times Online: PizzaExpress appointed Chris Heath, a former Allied Domecq executive, as chief financial officer. His recruitment follows the recent appointment of David Ross, co-founder of The Carphone Warehouse, as chairman.

Pizza Express was taken private two years ago, but is now preparing for a return to the public market.
