Automated pizza company PizzaForno has entered Maryland with a location on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland, according to a press release.
The machine is under the helm of master licensee A.J. Grillo.
A grand opening will be held on March 22.
"As we introduce the very first PizzaForno unit into Maryland, I couldn't be more thrilled about the journey ahead," Grillo said in the press release. "I'm excited to be a licensee of PizzaForno, and look forward to continuing to grow the brand across Virginia and Washington D.C."
"This expansion reflects our unwavering commitment to innovation and meeting the evolving needs of our customers," Les Tomlin, co-founder and president of PizzaForno, said in the press release. "With A.J.'s expertise in the hospitality industry and passion for excellence, we look forward to seeing PizzaForno flourish in new markets."
PizzaForno plans to have 25,000 operating units in the U.S. by 2028. The brand currently has more than 70 operating locations in the U.S.
