Since 1973, Godfather's has grown into one of the most widely recognized players in the industry with approximately 220 fran­chisees in 40 states operating locations, ranging from traditional pizza restaurants to express locations in convenience stores, airports, truck plazas and schools. In recent years, Godfather's has revamped its brand with a new look and new menu items. The company was among the first major brands to offer gluten-free crust and it re­cently deployed the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine at some locations. Technology, such as new online ordering and POS sys­tems, has also played a pivotal role in revi­talizing the brand.
